Join Railroad Park and PNC for financial advice you can take to the bank. Join us virtually every 2nd Thursday of the month (Oct. - Nov. - Dec.) from 12:00-1:00pm for a series of online financial sessions designed to help individuals set financial goals. The online series is FREE and open to the public, though advance registration is required via Eventbrite. Classes will be interactive and allow time for questions and answers.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13 ‐ PERSONAL FINANCE: BUDGETS

In this workshop, participants will understand the value of creating a budget, and learn strategies to build a simple budget and pay off debt. They will also learn some core habits to practice and maintain financial health.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10 ‐ HOMEOWNERSHIP: UNDERSTANDING MORTGAGES

In this workshop, you will gain a better understanding of the different types of mortgages, common costs associated with buying a home, financing options, and how to get started with the application process. Buying and owning a home is a dream for many people; this workshop can help turn that dream into a reality.

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8 ‐ SMALL BUSINESS: HOW BUSINESSES OBTAIN CREDIT

In this workshop, business owners will learn the value of creditworthiness and how to maintain a good business credit score. They’ll also discover the documents necessary to make a successful application for a business loan.
