Join Railroad Park and BBVA for financial advice you can take to the bank. Join us virtually every Tuesday in June from 12:00-1:00pm for a series of online financial sessions designed to help individuals set financial goals. The online series is FREE and open to the public, though advance registration is required via Eventbrite. Classes will be interactive and allow time for questions and answers.

Individuals who may be thinking about buying a home will learn what financial preparation is required prior to purchasing a home. You will understand the factors that can affect your eligibility for a loan, the different mortgage options available to you, and learn how to estimate what you can afford to pay for a home.
Tuesday, June 8 ‐ Homeownership Part 2: Understanding Mortgages
In this workshop, you will gain a better understanding of the different types of mortgages, common costs associated with buying a home, financing options, and how to get started with the application process. Buying and owning a home is a dream for many people; this workshop can help turn that dream into a reality.
Tuesday, June 15 ‐ Homeownership Part 3: Mortgage Modifications
Things don't always go as planned. You could get sick or injured or even lose your job, and suddenly you're struggling to pay your mortgage. In this workshop, you'll learn about the different life events that may require you to consider modifying your mortgage, what your options are, and the resources that are available to you.
Tuesday, June 22 ‐ Small Business: Developing a Business Plan
In this workshop, business owners will learn the seven parts of a good business plan and what to consider when writing a business plan. At the end of the workshop, you will have a blueprint or first draft of a business plan.
Tuesday, June 29 ‐ Personal Finance: Retirement
Begin preparing for retirement readiness by creating a savings plan and learning about investment vehicles that may allow you to grow your wealth. In this workshop, you will also set financial goals and learn how to manage them.
