We’re celebrating the 2025 Get Healthy on the Railroad season with our annual Senior Fit Health Fair on Friday, October 31 from 1 PM to 3 PM. Sponsored by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, this event will include local organizations providing resources, health screenings & more. Plus complimentary refreshments from Piggly Wiggly Birmingham, exercise class demonstrations, and door prizes make this a fun day for all!
