Once your information is received, a representative from Railroad Park will contact you within 2-3 business days. Once
approved, you will receive an invoice regarding your reservation.

Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.

Peaceful Vigils

Railroad Park welcomes peaceful vigils for the loss of a loved one at the Park as long as certain guidelines are met. Please contact the Park office at least five (5) days in advance of your desired vigil date at 205.521.9933 or email events@railroadpark.org.

Demonstrations/Protests/Rallies

Any demonstration or other event organized or held for political, religious, or other First Amendment related purposes requires a permit from the City of Birmingham. If the permit is approved, Railroad Park requires a minimum of seven (7) days notice. The Railroad Park team reviews requests on a case by case basis and may also:

• Charge for space used within the Park.
• Require additional security including off-duty police officers.
