Food Trucks:
Caterers with an asterisk (*) by their names also have food trucks. Clients who wish to bring a food truck instead of traditional catering, will be charged an additional fee of $50 per Approved Caterer food truck. Clients who wish to bring a food truck not listed as an Approved Caterer will be charged an additional fee of $100 per non-Approved Caterer food truck. Special Event Licensing may be required and will be discussed upon event reservation.
Alcoholic beverages at Railroad Park:
Under Alabama law, as specified by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, outside alcohol is not allowed on the premises of Railroad Park. Clients who wish to serve alcoholic beverages at their event may do so by purchasing from the Park’s licensed alcohol vendor, Michael’s Restaurant. Donated alcohol may not be served at your event. See our full alcohol policy which must be signed to serve alcohol at your event.

Vendor Fees at Railroad Park
Income generated through our partnerships with approved caterers and vendors is an important and vital revenue stream for Railroad Park. Thank you for understanding that caterers and vendors may not provide discounted services for events at Railroad Park.
Special Provision
If one of our approved caterers or vendors does not provide the services your event requires, Railroad Park may, in extraordinary circumstances, allow an outside caterer and/or vendor. The company must schedule a meeting with the Park’s Director of Events at least one month prior to the event date to discuss logistics and the Park’s policies and procedures. If approved, a $500 fee per outside caterer/vendor will be applied.
