Special Events
Throughout the year Railroad Park hosts numerous fun-filled special events. Annually, Railroad Park Foundation organizes events such as:
- Railroad Park Foundation Presents Trucks by the Tracks. is a fall food truck festival featuring local food trucks and live local music. This event is hosted by Railroad Park Foundation’s Junior Board.
- Barons Bash Presented by Vulcan Materials To celebrate the first crack of the bat of the 2016 baseball season at Regions Field, Railroad Park will host the second annual Barons Bash, presented by Vulcan Materials Company, on Saturday, April 16 from 3pm–6pm. With inflatables, lawn games, and good eats, Railroad Park's community celebration will come to a close just before the Barons take to the field at 6::30pm against the Tennessee Smokies. There will be a small fee for activities. Stay tuned for more information to come!
In addition to our signature events, Railroad Park is proud to be the venue for some of the best events in town, such as:
- Symphony in the Summer, a free summer concert series presented by the Alabama Symphony Orchestra.
- Birmingham Originals Local Flavor Festival, a ticketed food and wine festival featuring live music and fun activities for children.
